SPIRIT QUALITY & DISTILLERY ENGINEERING

Recipe Trials

Scotland's foremost analytical chemists for the spirit industry have worked on our recipe trials.

As one of the world's leading independently accredited analysts they solved wood quality issues within the Scotch Whisky industry in 1985, including identifying oak species, growing conditions and cask preparation. In late 1980's they solved the spirit quality issues within the Scotch Whisky industry connected to engineering errors introduced by reducing the use of copper.

During early 90's they provided distillation and maturation parameters for Anchor Distilling (California) and overhauled and redefined Single Malt Whisky the production plant for Amrut Distillers (Bangalore).
