The Club intends, by focusing on very small production quantities, to create one of the world's greatest single malt whiskies. By reducing yields so that we can always improve quality, and by distributing our whisky only to members and special guests who visit the distillery, Ladybank will add a new dimension to the world of Scotch Malt Whisky production.

| Ladybank is a Private Members Club, which already has over 300 members, who come from 30 countries of the world. This website explains the progress of The Club as it works to develop a small, traditional farm-scale distillery for the use of its members. Ladybank will have the smallest production of any Scottish Single Malt distillery.
The Club has completed initial work on determining the exact character of its three core styles of Single Malt, on the Renovation Designs for its building and landscape areas, and on its Distillery Plant Design, and will - this summer (2006) - start building renovation to create the distillery.
The Club seeks the perfect harmony between both established, and often no longer used, traditions and the improvements which are now available with modern knowledge and technology.
Our members will be able to follow the progress of the distillery within the members' section. Ladybank is based in the heart of the fertile Scottish county of Fife - midway between St Andrews (Home of Golf) and Edinburgh (the historic Scottish capital city). The Club has chosen old stone mill buildings, set in a tranquil and beautiful country estate, to convert both into distillery premises and also into clubrooms for members to use when they visit their Private Club to study the progress of their whisky and entertain their friends.
